“Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns... We may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breathe in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small.” Tara Brach

<aside> 💡 How to use your Dice Planner: Start with a free write session in the Brain Dump section. Write down whatever you have on your mind, including what to eat, any appointments, or shopping you need to finish. Then go through your list and create your tasks. Put shopping and appoinments in the bottom sections. Each task gets a number, a time limit, and a space for a blue checkmark. When you’re ready, click the dice link and roll the digital, 12-sided dice, or treat yourself to a real one. They make great fidget toys. Whatever number you roll first, that’s your first task. Set a timer so you don’t go over the maximum, then dive in. The moment your timer goes off, stop. Did you finish? Give yourself a check and roll again. Not yet? Highlight the item so you know it’s not ready, then go back to the dice and roll for your next task. If you roll a task that’s already completed, you can roll again or do the task to the right of the center number. Keep going until your day is done. Any uncompleted tasks stay on your planner for tomorrow.

should I apply for that job? I want to update my profiles. I like my new pic; use that one. I really need to get consistent and make my branding clearer.
